Optimization, Network and Smart City Research Center
This research center works on new ideas for developing smart city applications. The center was established in 1382 (Solar Hijri) as the Network and Optimization Research Center. Its name was later changed to the Optimization, Network and Smart City Research Center to better reflect the center’s new missions and to support research into, and implementation of, innovations, optimization and the redesign of cities using artificial intelligence and data mining tools. The center is based in the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Amirkabir University of Technology.
